Student Ministries Pastoral Resident

Grace Baptist Church is seeking to hire a two-year, full-time paid resident to assist in student ministries.  The work of the Student Ministries Pastoral Resident (SMPR) is to serve under the authority of the Pastor for Student Ministries (PSM) by assisting in the teaching, coordination, and evaluation of the Middle School (Ablaze) and High School (Radiate) ministries. This position is designed to help the Pastoral Resident grow in his ministry giftings, while also contributing in significant ways to Grace Student Ministries.
