Special Projects Summer Intern - Work Directly with CEO

The Special Projects Assistant to the CEO will manage key projects and deliverables to support the CEO and propel these initiatives across the organization to successful completion. S/he will coordinate all phases of project management including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.

We are seeking an Executive Assistant/Special Projects to support the CEO of Mass Contracting Corp. This is a high profile, professional position perfect for someone who is detail orientated, resourceful and wants to build a career in business. Once safe, would work in our midtown NYC office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all phases of project management: planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.
  • Travel and expense reporting.
  • Calendar arrangements/organization.
  • Process invoices and bills through accounts payable department.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Liaison to outside groups coordinating events with Publisher
  • Manage specials projects within conference, marketing, research and sales

Requirements

  • Working towards or possessing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Team player while working well under pressure.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Multi-tasker, proactive and resourceful.
  • Excellent communication skills for daily communication and correspondence with people at all levels inside and outside of brand.
  • Meticulous accuracy, high standard for date integrity and quality work, and able to manage confidential information.
  • Available outside of work hours if needed.

Preferences

  • Administrative support type of experience.
  • Media, conference, or marketing experience.

Program Dates: The length of this internship is 13 weeks, and the approximate start date is June 2nd 2024.
