Scope of Work: 

THTBC is seeking a Project Control Analyst with Government Contracting expertise to join our team.  The ideal candidate has experience with financial analysis and forecasting, budget management, cost controls, and procurement. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide primary interface between Accounting Operations and Program Management
  • Manage the program financial forecasting for a portfolio of FFP, T&M and cost type contracts
  • Setting up cost control system, monitors and controls costs and schedules
  • Cost Point project setup and maintenance
  • Performing analyses and preparing reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
  • Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and performing and/or assisting in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales forecast, and variance analysis
  • Ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections
  • Incorporating contractual changes into control systems
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience
  • An additional 4+ years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with program control, EAC management, and pricing
  • Experience in a lead role
  • Self-starter with change management experience
  • Government contracting experience with expose to Cost Type, T&M and FFP services contracts
  • Industry related experience in Finance, Accounting or Program Control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in Deltek Costpoint
  • Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
