Due to business growth, we are hiring a Talent & Development Partner. In this role, you’ll join a collaborative HR team, and will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive the success of our organization. You will partner closely with the Senior Talent & Development Partners as you execute upon the recruitment strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
*This position is an in-office position, with an immediate start date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internships, entry level and mid-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers and the Senior Talent & Development Partners to identify and secure top talent.
- In partnership, develop and execute campus recruitment strategies for assigned business, to attract top early career talent, including managing relationships with universities, attending career fairs, and coordinating on-campus events.
- Manage process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
- Develop strong relationships with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to provide guidance and support in hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote our recruitment brand and provide a social media presence.
- Extend offers of employment and initiate onboarding activities
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity recruitment, and process improvements.
- Actively source and recruit candidates form a variety of sources; career fairs, job-boards, networks and professional associations, as well as building an on-going talent pipeline.
- Proactively research and create innovative sourcing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in full life cycle recruiting for a variety of discipline areas
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools, including ATS and social media platforms preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
- Portray professional, positive, self-directed, and motivated attitude.
