The Content Consolidation Coordinator will play a point of contact role in developing a custom co-pilot and knowledge base articles for our global organization. This individual will be responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to identify frequently asked questions, engaging with the correct stakeholders, and developing relevant content (based on information that already exists) within a defined framework.

- 6 months with a potential opportunity to extend
- Hybrid 2 days per week in Ewing, NJ
- Proficiency in both written and verbal Spanish is required
Key Responsibilities:
Content Inventory and Reconciliation:
Conduct a thorough inventory of existing content.
Reconcile and harmonize content to eliminate duplication and ensure consistency.
Content Creation and Coordination:
Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles related to company policies, programs, and processes.
Review content for accuracy, including editing for grammar, spelling, etc.
Ensure content follows standard templates and conveys a consistent tone, style, and format.
Develop FAQs, resource materials, training materials, and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) using branded templates.
Content Management:
Build and maintain a structured content catalog.
Upload content to the designated platforms.
Ensure all content is compliant with company standards and legal requirements.
Coordinate content reviews, including obtaining legal approvals and translations.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with subject matter experts, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather and validate content.
Facilitate regular content review meetings and follow up on action items.
Provide clear and concise communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of content updates and changes.
Provide meeting recaps and regular updates to the project leader.
Requirements:
Current student or recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate program.
Native or Advanced written and spoken Spanish proficiency required.
Ability to be on-site in Ewing, NJ 2 days/week required.
Proven experience in managing and tracking content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
