Marketing Coordinator Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator Intern to assist our marketing team in a variety of tasks, including email marketing, event coordination, content creation, and more. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced marketing professionals to help craft and execute marketing strategies that promote our AI hardware products and strengthen our brand presence.

This role is on-site, based out of Santa Clara.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and Scheduling: Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Product, PR, Sales, and Engineering) and external partners (vendors and contractors) to support scheduling and logistics for marketing initiatives. This includes creating marketing collateral, managing events, and developing assets for social media and website content.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as product launches and conferences. Provide logistical support, coordinate with vendors, and help prepare necessary materials.
• Email and Social Media Assistance: Work closely with PR and Design to coordinate email campaigns, social media posts, and website updates, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and is scheduled for timely distribution.
• Administrative and Project Support: Support day-to-day project coordination, track timelines, and handle general administrative tasks to assist the marketing team in meeting its objectives.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on competitor activities and industry trends

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree towards Marketing.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., Sanity or similar).
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Prior internship or experience in marketing, preferably in tech, AI, or hardware industries.

Compensation for all interns at Tenstorrent ranges from $50/hr - $70/hr including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
