Bilingual Parts Coordinator

Goettsch International, Inc. is a leading reseller of high-end corrugated machinery in multiple world markets, including the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. We specialize in offering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring that their corrugated machinery needs are met through our extensive network of international suppliers.

We are looking for a Bilingual Parts Coordinator to coordinate purchase orders, shipping, and special projects as needed, and time allows. Must be bilingual in English / Spanish and able to discuss orders with vendors, shipping regarding possible documentation issues with customers and freight brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Confirm sales orders and process vendor purchase orders by matching and reconciling quotes, quantities, and shipping terms. This includes the responsibility of following up and tracking open purchase orders based on expected due dates.

SHIPPING

Ship customer orders per order instructions and cust986555555juomer and broker requirements. Must exhibit good judgement and be confident to ask questions to clarify any information. Must be able to discuss shipments directly with freight and border brokers as needed.

GENERAL BACKUP

Help with other teams when time is available to include general filing and organization as well as help with pulling/packing orders when Warehouse needs assistance.

The ideal candidate will promote a positive company culture based on core values of integrity, innovation, and service excellence. In addition, you will need:

  • Must be fluent in writing and speaking English & Spanish.
  • 2-year degree and 2 years of experience in a related field or business.
  • Computer literate – with intermediate or higher skills in MS Word.
  • Experience with shipping and/or international trade (incoterms) a plus.
  • Must be detail oriented (yet flexible), reliable, and able to work as part of a
  • team or individually.
  • Experience with packaging or printing a plus.
  • Understanding basic accounting concepts is highly beneficial.
