Business Development Associate

Recruiting Solutions is hiring for a Business Development Associate for a client in Florence, SC. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, outreach efforts, and implementing promotional strategies. This is a direct-hire position with a Monday through Friday schedule and the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate:
- Meet an established quota of contacts for business plan development
- Conducting needs assessment of the business plan
- Develop and provide professional and community education programs to support referral development
- Review satisfaction levels of referral sources
- Address operational issues and enhancement of customer satisfaction
- Cultivate a center-wide referral base
- Implement relationship-building strategies
- Atten staff and performance improvement meetings
- Assist in special projects
- Work closely with the Clinical Director

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or health related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations or communication may substitute for a degree
- CPR Certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond positively to changing situations
- Understand and adhere to all policy regarding client rights and confidentiality
