Big Head Bob is a mental health and educational company dedicated to creating inclusive and empowering content. Through books, cartoons, merchandise, and community engagement, we spread messages of creativity, positivity, and connection.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and creative Sticker Sales and Marketing Intern to help expand our reach and impact. This position will focus on promoting our custom sticker line through digital platforms, including our home website, Etsy, and more. The role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, content creation, and customer engagement.

Job Description:

• Manage and optimize listings on bigheadbob.com, Etsy, and other sales platforms.
• Take high-quality product shots and ensure they are visually appealing for marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute advertising strategies to promote sticker sales.
• Learn and apply sales and marketing techniques to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Distribute free stickers at events or through promotions, while recording the interactions for social media (if applicable).
• Record and edit engaging videos showcasing the stickers and their uses for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the David and team to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance and report on key metrics to measure success.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
• Basic photography and videography skills (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar is a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce websites like Etsy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design.
