Virtual Intern: Assistant/ Human Resources/ Business

Seeking intern to provides remote administrative support to clients, and BDP staff including but not limited to:

  • Administrative tasks: Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements, answer and direct phone calls, and organize files and documents 
  • Communication: Monitor and manage email communications, handle internal or external communication, and interact with customers or clients 
  • Research and data: Conduct research, organize data, and gather data for statistical analysis 
  • Writing and editing: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports and presentations, and complete word processing tasks 
  • Social media: Manage social media presence and professional profiles, develop a content calendar, create engaging posts, and monitor social media trends 
  • Bookkeeping: handle bookkeeping, billing, and accounting activities
  • Project Management: manage projects
