Hands on experience and personal growth
While training is invaluable, we believe that hands-on experience and responsibility are an essential part of an internship. You will be given the opportunity to very quickly get involved in supporting our projects as part of our Business Analyst team and throughout the summer gain experience and insight with our Category Associates and Managers. Your performance will have a direct effect on the success of our own business. You will be given support at each step of the way and through this approach will learn the fundamentals of our procurement process and develop key skills to succeed; data analysis; research and presentation; relationship management, influencing and critical thinking.

Training and development

The Program: 4 Phases
Induction & Business Intelligence: Introduction to Business Intelligence, Operations, Commercial & Support, Project management systems & dashboards; Fundamentals of data analysis and research; Business Analyst responsibilities; Supporting Procure4 internal projects.
Operational Support: Business analyst support to client projects, New business research & presentation, Category Leader support on various categories for client, Market overviews and Intel, Procurement Academy support.
Cross-Functional Experience: Lead business analyst responsibilities, supplier research for categories, dashboard development, new business development support, Intern Project (which will include delivering savings for a client and presenting findings, as well as various research projects on the procurement industry).
Consolidation & Transition: Conclude business analyst operations, transition all intern projects over, conclude Procurement Academy training, Present findings for projects to US board and CEO; Conclude with a reflection on the internship and offer feedback.
