We work with some of the most prominent athletes across the country, including Ole Miss dual-sport star Austin Simmons, Notre Dame basketball sensation Kylee Watson, UFC athlete and wrestler Bella Mir, and many more elite athletes in various sports. Our goal is to connect these athletes with brands, amplify their personal brands, and create compelling, authentic content that resonates with audiences.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Marketing & Content Intern to help generate ideas and create engaging scripts for social media advertisements related to paid NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) athlete sponsorships. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube, showcasing our athletes and the brands they partner with. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports marketing industry, particularly in the growing world of NIL, while working with some of the top athletes in the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Scriptwriting: Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts and script ideas for social media advertisements.
  • Storyboarding & Creative Direction: Create storyboards and visual concepts for video and photo content that aligns with both the athlete’s personal brand and the brand they are promoting.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in crafting content strategies to increase engagement, reach, and awareness for our athletes and their sponsorships on various social media platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our athletes, management team, and marketing professionals to ensure the content is authentic, effective, and on-brand.
  • Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, influencer marketing, and sports industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Campaign Support: Assist with the creation of marketing materials and campaign logistics for NIL athlete sponsorships, including social media posts, reels, stories, and videos.

Qualifications:

  • Creativity: Strong creative abilities and a passion for storytelling, especially in the sports and influencer space.
  • Experience: Prior experience in content creation, scriptwriting, social media management, or marketing—preferably in sports or influencer marketing.
  • Storyboarding Skills: Ability to develop clear and compelling storyboards and visual concepts for video content.
  • Familiarity with Social Media: Understanding of current social media trends and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and the ability to craft content that aligns with those platforms.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including athletes, management, and creative directors.
  • Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in sports, NIL, and athlete branding is a plus.
  • Flexible & Self-Motivated: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while staying on top of deadlines.
