Business Development- Sales Account Executive

Position Overview:

 

This position exists at the corporate level to provide sales marketing support in Business development to the President/CEO. The incumbent of this position is responsible for completing a variety of tasks and in a very sensitive, and confidential environment. The primary purpose of this position is to increase sales. We are involved in manufacturing & distribution of major brands of Natural & Organics HBA products

 

Skills and Knowledge Required:

 

 · Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are critical, second only to interpersonal skills in importance.

· Cultural Awareness: Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, including international distributors and buyers.

· Organizational Expertise: Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office:

  • Professional working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with other administrative systems as needed to complete assigned tasks.

· Customer-Focused Approach: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and Maintain Customers:
  • Implement strategies to improve distributor performance and ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Plan and execute all promotions, discounts, marketing co-branding (MCB) initiatives, and related strategies.
  • Design specific programs for new and potential customers to encourage engagement and sales.

 

  • Sales Forecasting: Project sales revenue and establish an appropriate marketing budget to support growth.
  • Customer Programs: Sales and Marketing Plans: Prepare comprehensive sales and marketing plans for all brands under management.
  • Market Expansion: Reach out to retail stores to increase market share and implement maximum penetration strategies.
  • Event Planning: 
    • Organize agendas, seminars, trade shows, and sales training sessions.
    • Attend industry exhibits and trade shows to represent the brand and build networks.

 

The person in this position is required to function with a high level of independence and self-initiative and must be capable of completing multiple tasks at the same time. This person reports directly to the CEO.  This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this position. Some travel may be required. Normal hours will be those of the corporate office.

 

 

Qualifications:

At three years’ college degree in Business Admin or related field and two years of progressively increased experience in Sales & Mkt. Natural products or and Mass market’s industry.
