Finance Administrator

AltaVista is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with the company’s day-to-day accounting procedures. As a department that is still developing at the company, you will have the opportunity to help establish core finance initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement finance strategies that support business objectives
  • Handle finance-related client communication
  • Execute new client onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage internal receipts and credit card coding
  • Assist with any other finance or administration-related tasks

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • The ability to demonstrate skills in the following areas: organization, problem-solving, project/task management, time management, dependability
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
