Customer Service Sales Representative

The goal of the Customer Service Sales Representative (“CSS Rep”), together with the rest of the service team, is not focused on the short-term one-off sale. The goal is to build customer relationships to the point where, when a need arises, the customer thinks first and foremost of CFE.

In this role you will be required to:

Ensure we retain our top Service and Parts customers, maintaining fair service and parts margins on our current customer base, and growing our customer base strategically.

Meet at least quarterly with customers and prospects.

Maintain a knowledge base, follow up on services and quotes, update fleet information and operator training.

Manage work orders, share positive and negative feedback, review labor rates and PM agreements, Drive customer issues to solution, and provide monthly reports and deliverables.

Average 10-20 potential and existing customer visits a day. These customer visits should focus on how to best be an asset through our different offered services: Compensation is based on experience.

Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities of a Successful Candidate:

· Unwavering customer service drive and focus

· Willingness to make 50-70 Cold Calls a week

· Ability to build long lasting relationships

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Results oriented and self-starter A MUST

· Desire to make money and ascend professionally

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Exceptional follow-up skills

· Willingness to take initiative and learn the products and services

· Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

Required Education

· High School graduate

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher a plus

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
