Project Management Position Overview:
As a PM Intern, you'll become immersed in the product lifecycle to support the development and finalization of CharacterStrong’s curriculum. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detailed Content Entry: Upload various materials, from session content, to resources, to videos, with a strong focus on user experience and brand consistency.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures: Assist with providing feedback on, and creating or updating resources to ensure the highest quality when finalizing CharacterStrong content.
- Comprehensive Task Management: Follow issues and decision points to their finality and ensure no change is overlooked during the finalization process.
- Conduct Quality Assurance: Perform detailed content audits to identify areas for improvement or inconsistency, such as formatting styles, language use, and resource alignment.
- Troubleshooting Support: Communicate both technical and content-based issues to expedite solution discovery.
- Project Management: Collaborate with content teams to strategically approach complex projects.
- Consistent Execution: Maintain thorough attention to detail on repetitive tasks for a high-quality, polished final product with each iteration.
- Adaptable and Attentive: Feel confident in dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings as necessary to provide updates, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to discussions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement of one year of college or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Notion, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Reliable internet and ability to consistently work 20-25 hours/week
Hours and Compensation:
- $16.50 per hour, increasing to $19.00 per hour after a successful first 6 months
- 20-25 hours per week - No set hours other than check-in meetings with your team. You will be responsible for creating your own schedule and communicating that with your supervisor.
- 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked
