**Responsibilities**
The following responsibilities are included, but not limited to:
- Oversee the scheduling of Urban Workshop’s diverse range of classes and workshops.
- Manage instructor and class calendars using Google and Mindbody Calendars.
- Communicate any issues such as cancellations and rescheduling to instructors, staff, and students.
- Identify, hire, and train new instructors with support from the Education Director.
- Manage relationships with instructors and contractors in collaboration with the Education Director.
- Work closely with instructors to schedule and develop new classes and workshops.
- Design and implement training programs for institutional clients, including large corporations and universities.
- Collaborate with the Education Director and Front Office Manager to allocate team resources for special events and projects.
- Conduct local outreach and develop community-building events and workshops.
- Communicate with fellow staff members to ensure the smooth execution of classes, events, and workshops.
- Oversee the inventory of materials and tools for educational programs.
- Periodically audit classes to maintain quality and conduct spot training.
- Manage vendor contract renewals and maintain relationships with Charter Schools.

- Intermediate proficiency in computers, including Internet navigation, email, and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Expertise in crafting clear and concise instructions and comprehensive class documentation
- Highly effective communicator with a knack for clarity and efficiency
- Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Natural ability to build and maintain authentic connections with others
- Experience with Mindbody is a valuable plus
- Thoroughly understand the youth programs in detail.

- Enroll in adult classes as well.
- Provide expert guidance in education and leadership, offering support across various subjects to promote success.
- Take the lead in designing, evaluating, and implementing instructional methods.
- Be capable of developing educational packets for classes.
- Be prepared for some physical tasks, including storing materials, cutting supplies, decluttering the office, organizing, and labeling.
- Attend a selection of events as required.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
- Maintain open and responsive communication while being an active team player within the management team.
