At Zuzick Organization, Globe Life/AIL we provide permanent benefits for union and association members across the United States. Globe Life is one of the largest insurance companies in the country and we have the naming rights to Globe Life Field - home of the World Series Champions - the Texas Rangers. Position Overview:

Seeking an extremely motivated and dynamic individual for a leadership position.  This role is designed for those who are eager to grow their careers not just in sales but in management.  You will work closely with our team to develop strategies, drive performance, and foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in achieving targets and objectives

Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategies

Cultivate strong relationships with clients

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture

Assist in training and onboarding new sales representatives
