Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary

Manage the online presence for both Real Life Church and Real Life Christian Academy. This role will create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms while engaging with the online community. The coordinator will monitor performance, adjust strategies for growth, and collaborate with teams to highlight key events and initiatives

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

PHOTOGRAPHY:

  • Ensure consistent visual branding across all photography, aligning with Real Life’s mission and style guidelines.
  • Capture high-quality photos at Real Life Church and Real Life Christian Academy events to use across social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Organize and maintain a photo library for easy access to event and campus photography.
  • Recruit and train volunteer photographers at each campus to assist in covering events and services.
  • Update Local SEO listings with high-quality, current photography to enhance the church’s online presence and improve discoverability.
  • Edit and optimize photos for various digital platforms, ensuring each image is suitable for its intended use (social media, web, print, etc.).

SOCIAL MEDIA:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for both Real Life Church and Real Life Christian Academy.
  • Post daily on all social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with the mission and values of Real Life.
  • Build and lead a volunteer team for photography and social media at every campus, providing training and oversight to capture and share key moments.
  • Attend Real Life Church and Real Life Christian Academy events to capture content, ensuring real-time coverage and engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative staff to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor social media analytics, adjust strategies based on performance data, and report progress to the leadership team.
