On Check-In days, the Dietetics/Nutrition Program Staff will collect specific dietary needs from campers and families to be used in the kitchen’s production. The Dietetics/Nutrition Program Staff will assist with preparing and distributing pack-out meals during Challenge Day and Campouts, and if applicable to specific camps, organize Thursday pizza nights and teach cooking activities during activity periods.
