Business Development Specialist
First Ranking is looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our spectacular team! Your role will consist of being the contact person for our direct mail product line, reach out to prospective clients/referrals and complete sales process documentation. Limited travel quarterly for client visits and trade shows.
An outline of responsibilities are below:
- Reach out to prospective customers via email & phone
- Document any and all touchpoints made with customers/prospects
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Achieve minimum sales goals
- Builds positive rapport with current and prospective clients
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Network and build relationships with prospects and current customers
- Stay up-to-date with new products, features and explore new industry verticals for direct mail
Prior sales experience is a must! Must work well independently as this is primarily a remote position. You will be required to attend one week of in person paid training and one day in the office per week minimum after that.
