Human Resources Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Assistance:
  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Help maintain employee records and files.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and forms.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and track employee development.
  1. Compliance:
  • Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Help with the preparation and submission of required reports.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
