Account Manager

Remote and Hybrid is an option. 

Do NOT worry if you don't have insurance knowledge, we will teach you that. The key to this job is a Type-A/perfectionist personality. If checking items off of a "to do" list is something that gives you great joy, this will be a great fit for you.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts and communicating directly with our clients. They will handle the day-to-day upkeep of the accounts and process any changes requested on an account. They will work hand-in-hand with people in our organization called “Producers” who originate the relationship. The producers will actively assist this role and step in when tough situations arise. They would also work with the producers to onboard new clients and obtain new business quotes. This role will work in email and our CRM for 90% of their time. No two days are the same and you will be constantly learning.
