Retail Marketing Team Manager - Oklahoma City, OK

Renewal by Andersen of Oklahoma is seeking an Retail Marketing Team Manager to join our growing team. We are one of the top Event teams in our network and it's a great time to join us! In this role, the Retail Manager required to split their time between the office and travel to various retail locations (Ace Hardware, Home and Ranch Stores, Fitness Centers, Costco, etc.) in spearheading the Retail Marketing Program. In the office, they will build the team and build the number of retail partnerships. They are responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training retail-specific promoters and managing the team’s performance. Additionally, they will add new retail locations to the program and manage the ongoing production at each location. While out of the office they will be required to visit current and potential retail partners in addition to making site visits at assigned retail locations.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

  • Research, prospect and acquire new retail partnerships.
  • Manage the ongoing relationship of retail partnerships.
  • Manage program costs with innovative partnership structures.
  • Maintain weekly inventory of retail supplies; notify when supplies should be ordered.
  • Actively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates.
  • Conduct phone screening, schedule, and conduct interviews with prospective promoters.
  • Lead new hire classes
  • Create monthly and yearly goals for number of new retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, and other performance metrics.
  • Yearly and monthly plan that includes number of new retail locations, team members, set rate, number of demos, among other performance metrics.
  • Analysis on how the plan, including potential challenges, and how it will be executed.
  • Action plan with specific steps and timeline to reach yearly goals.
  • Identify well- and under-performing retail locations.
  • Assess ideal setup areas at each retail location.
  • Maintain all active partnerships.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen
  • Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely
  • Able to conduct research, work under tight deadlines, develop and organize information
  • Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

$45,000 a year base pay + weekly and monthly performance based bonus
