Digital Service Consultant

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service? We are seeking a dedicated Digital Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, using your strong communication skills to connect with customers and provide clear, empathetic solutions to their inquiries. Your problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you tackle challenges head-on, all while maintaining a positive attitude that fosters trust and satisfaction.

As a key player in our Business Development Center, you'll need to listen actively to understand customer concerns and adapt your approach to meet their unique needs. With a deep knowledge of our products and proficiency in various technical tools, you’ll be well-equipped to assist customers effectively and efficiently. Your ability to manage time and collaborate with team members will ensure that every customer interaction is handled promptly and with care.

Compensation: $19.25 - 25/hr

How do our Phone Specialists Drive Impact?

Our Phone Specialist will be someone who will be providing our customers with exceptional customer service. Some of the responsibilities would include:

  • Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with the service team; schedule service appointments, advise on recommended maintenance, confirm scheduled appointments, and reschedule missed appointments.
  • Perform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, Special Order Parts (SOP) notifications, scheduling calls, and any additional outbound calls requested by management.

We're looking for:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
  • Proven experience working within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
