Job description

Position is with a fast-paced civil litigation law firm headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. Work involves displaying initiative, good judgment, professionalism, follow-through on different assignments and ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must possess good organizational skills, attention to details, a willingness to learn and grow, and have a strong work ethic! 

Attention to Detail, legal analysis and research skills, and paralegal experience are required. Drafting discovery experience is highly preferred. 

Experience with drafting demand letters, complaints, summons, discovery, and motions is highly preferable. Experience working on the plaintiff's side preferable.

Experience with litigation, collections, and/or insurance subrogation preferable. Experience with G-Suite/Workplace required.

Math skills are also a requirement. You will be working with percentages for calculating interest, judgment results, and more.
