Winter Marketing Intern

General Description: 

Under the direction of the Director of Training and Events, the marketing intern will be responsible for researching and updating the firm’s client and prospect list development. Candidates with a high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, and organization are ideal for this role. This position is hybrid, with an in-person component.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform marketing data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of client and industry lists.
  • Track performance of email marketing campaigns. Research market data points and competition.
  • Support various marketing efforts, including conference shipments and firm collateral.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Self-starter attitude and independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction.
  • Willingness to learn new software systems and programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
