Outside Sales -Local Event Coordinator

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Local Event Sales Coordinator to connect with local community organizations and sell events and birthday parties for two local Urban Air Adventure Parks in Southlake and Fort Worth. The ideal candidate for this role will be outgoing, self-motivated, goal orientated with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Perform outside sales with local area schools, organizations, and occasionally community events.
  • Develop a sales campaign to canvass the local community. Achieving goals for business growth.
  • Build relationships with current customer base and key target accounts.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects. Highly detailed and process-oriented.
  • Strong customer service commitment to ensure satisfaction and post event follow-up communication.
  • Assumes Responsibility – self-starter with willingness to interact as a team player and take independent initiative.
  • Report activities and goal updates weekly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear and effective communication across all media (face to face, by phone, in writing) with people at various levels of community organizations.
  • Highly respectful towards the team, current and future guests.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills. Comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Likes an independent working environment with limited supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on tight deadlines and flex priorities as they arise.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to conduct outbound sales by prospecting for sales in local offices and community events.
  • Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times

Requirements & Preferences

  • Desire to achieve measured outcomes and further develop professional skills
  • Proven record of meeting business goals through producing revenue and profitability growth
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or a related field
  • Consulting experience, preferably with franchisees
  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 30% of the time
