Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Paragon Press. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and resolving customer issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall success of our print company.
Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
· Assist customers in placing orders, including determining product specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
· Offer product recommendations and guidance based on customer needs, ensuring they are well-informed about our print services.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
· Collaborate with internal departments, including production, design, and shipping, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, order history, and special instructions.
· Provide customers with order status updates, tracking information, and shipment notifications.
· Coordinate with the production team to manage rush orders, prioritize job schedules, and meet customer deadlines.
· Assist in the resolution of billing and invoicing discrepancies, working closely with the accounting department.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling print products and services to existing customers.
· Stay informed about industry trends, new printing technologies, and competitor offerings to better serve customer needs.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
