Product UI/UX Designer Internship

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about user experience and visual design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real product development. As a Product Designer Intern, you will work closely with our design and product teams, using Figma to help design and prototype features that make interview scheduling seamless and delightful for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Assist in creating user flows, visual designs, and interface elements that are intuitive and engaging.
• Work on improving and updating existing design assets and templates.
• Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Receive and integrate feedback from the design team and other stakeholders to enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma, with experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, ideally including UI/UX projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Current enrollment in or recent graduate from a design-related program is a plus.
