Job description

Looking for an Environmental Construction Manager for a small company in Indianapolis. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We will train you. We are a small business looking for an individual to help us build the company and run our operations on-site.  Searching for a person who is self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn new skills. This is a “work from home” position where you can set your own schedule. This role includes doing pond inspections, driving, zoom calls, generating sales and new clients, herbicide spray applications, installing aerators, general landscape work, and operating landscape machinery. We work all around the city of Indianapolis, so a reliable car is necessary. You will be outside for the majority of this job, so work boots are mandatory.

You can be either a 1099 employee or on payroll. The choice is up to you. The position starts at $20.00-$30.00/hr. There is no cap to this salary and the salary will go up as you stay with the company. This can be a full-time or part-time position.

  • Construction Tasks: Visiting sites and conducting inspections over stormwater construction. Recording information and communicating. Identifying plant species and potential pond issues. Lifting manhole covers and walking around construction sites. Planting plants, moving soil, pesticide applications. Candidate must be able to lift manhole covers with a crowbar. Candidate must be able to drive a truck. Prefer candidates to be familiar with general landscape tools.
  • Sales Tasks: The candidate must be able to report to the Manager daily to keep them updated on tasks completed. The candidate does not need any sales training. Candidate must be able to do outreach and reach out to potential clients to generate sales.
