JR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

NEW GRADS- JR  STAFF ACCOUNTANT role. Great foot in the door! 

  • Perform daily General Ledger functions such as bank account reconciliation, recording real estate property activity, booking depreciation, and income and expense accruals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with QuickBooks preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and detail orientation
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and effectively manage changing priorities
  • Maturity; proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Prepare and submit payroll through ADP
  • Respond to requests from regulators and external auditors
