Human Resources Assistant

We’re seeking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our TERI team!

 

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES –

 

  • Answers incoming telephone calls using a multi-line telephone system, determines the purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines the nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications and internal correspondence daily; include schedules package pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Performs clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and collating.
  • Schedules annual employment physicals for direct care staff as needed.
  • Performs data entry in HRIS software to include employment applications, trainings, etc.
  • Locks and unlocks HR file cabinets and the administration building front door at the beginning and end of each business day.
  • Monitors general office areas and break room to ensure a neat and orderly appearance is maintained.

 

QUALIFICATIONS –

  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED).
  • One-Year Related experience and/or training in Human Resources or Administration.
  • Ability to multi-task with answering phones, clerical duties, auditing, scheduling meetings, etc.

 

Salary Range –

$20.00 - $21.00 Hourly

 

Position Status –

Full-Time
