Temporary Secretarial Assistant

Local Nelsonville, OH, client seeking a highly organized and motivated Temporary Secretarial Assistant. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at helping the team run smoothly. If you are detail-oriented and have a knack for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

  • Location: Nelsonville, OH
  • Job Type: Temporary (6 to 8 weeks)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay Rate: Up to $15.00 hourly (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the main phone line, including answering calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records and data by performing quick and efficient data entry.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software to organize and analyze information.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and stay focused in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in navigating Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Motivated self-starter who is able to stay focused under pressure.
