We're currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our HR Manager and Business Partner to drive initiatives that foster talent growth and engagement across the company.

The position involves executing core HR processes such as new associate orientation, managing unemployment claims, and conducting onboarding and exit interviews. Additionally, you'll provide guidance on policies, support recruitment efforts, and help maintain our payroll system. A key focus will be promoting an inclusive culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.

We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and 2-5 years of HR management experience is preferred. While certification in HR is advantageous, experience with Workday is also a plus.
