Bond Processor Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and execute various types of surety bonds, including bid, performance & payment, and subdivision bonds for the contract department, with occasional work on license, court, and miscellaneous bonds.
- Collect and enter data into various agency systems.
- Complete necessary forms and draft correspondence.
- Maintain and update file documentation and correspondence within our document management system.
- Invoice clients according to agency standards and workflows.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and overnight mailing.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Surety-specific training will be provided, but a can-do attitude and commitment to accuracy are essential.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated clerical and data entry skills, including accurate typing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Willingness to learn proprietary software and databases.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week, including sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively using various technologies (e.g., telephone, email, video conferencing).
