Bond Processor Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and execute various types of surety bonds, including bid, performance & payment, and subdivision bonds for the contract department, with occasional work on license, court, and miscellaneous bonds.
  • Collect and enter data into various agency systems.
  • Complete necessary forms and draft correspondence.
  • Maintain and update file documentation and correspondence within our document management system.
  • Invoice clients according to agency standards and workflows.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and overnight mailing.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Surety-specific training will be provided, but a can-do attitude and commitment to accuracy are essential.
  • If you hold a Florida 4-40 License, 2-20 Property and Casualty Agent License, or General Lines Agent License, please let us know!
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated clerical and data entry skills, including accurate typing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Willingness to learn proprietary software and databases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week, including sitting, standing, and using a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using various technologies (e.g., telephone, email, video conferencing).
