Business Development Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic communicator with a competitive outgoing attitude for our Inside Sales Representative position.  The business development coordinator will work with large national established accounts, to expand existing customer relationships. This position plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer revenue growth objectives. The role is compensated in both a base salary and an aggressive and lucrative commission structure. You must be comfortable talking with people of various business stature, have an excellent use of both verbal and written communication, and have verifiable history that shows commitment and dedication. This position requires the ability to work as a team, but the necessity to be self motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and communicate our specific industry niche
  • Make a minimum of 300 calls per week
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • Generate 5 to 10 new orders per week
  • Send routine follow up and marketing emails
  • Work with the team Account Manager to strategize account expansion

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer sales/service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
