Internship in Nonprofit Marketing

Our mission is to make Christ known. It is to enable generations to encounter Christ through adventurous, Catholic faith-based, and nurturing programs utilizing the beautiful environment of God’s great outdoors. 

We are looking for candidates who are excited about the mission and are ready to help it grow all for the glory of God.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the overall charism of Our Lady of the Fields, including the brand, spiritual mission, customer, goals, and all other aspects of service.
  • Engage with parishes and schools to develop interest in retreat and service opportunities.
  • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes.
  • Assist in designing promotional materials using tools like Canva for email newsletters.
  • Research other nonprofits or organizations in the same space to gather insights on trends, strategies, or opportunities.
  • Assist in maintaining and growing the nonprofit's email list, ensuring contacts are segmented and engaged appropriately.
  • Help craft stories that highlight the impact of the nonprofit’s work.

Work Hours

This remote unpaid internship is for the Spring 2025 semester. Start and end dates can be discussed so as to line up with the start and end dates of the college semester. 150 hours of work is expected, translating to 10 hours a week over a fifteen week semester.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Sophomore in college or higher
  • Experience talking on the phone in a professional tone preferred
  • Knowledge of Canva or similar platforms preferred but not required
