Business Solutions Intern

Position: Business Solutions Intern (Sales/Recruiting)

  • Location: Remote/Hybrid (Atlanta, GA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; or Toronto, ON) 
  • Hours: Up to 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.   
  • Duration: Ongoing, with flexible scheduling options.

Position Overview:

As a Business Solutions Intern at NASC GLOBAL, you’ll be introduced to the multifaceted world of client services, recruitment, and sales strategy.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our experienced team of Business Solutions Consultants and Recruiters, learning the nuances of sourcing and hiring candidates while being exposed to the high-volume consultant of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Candidate Engagement (4 days/week):

  • Support our recruiting efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for open positions. 
  • Develop a keen understanding of client needs and work to identify the best talent through proactive outreach and screening. 
  • Learn how to build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and our proprietary database. 
  • Conduct 10 -12 daily candidate interviews via phone and video to assess qualifications and cultural fit for our clients across various industries, healthcare, finance, manufacturing and more.

Sales & Client Relationship Development (1 day/week):

  • Shadow Business Solutions Consultants as they build relationships with prospective and current clients. 
  • Learn the art of cold-calling, prospecting, and setting up client meetings. 

Ongoing Learning & Development:

  • Engage in weekly 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with our senior consultants or current interns to discuss your progress, receive feedback, and refine your skills. 
  • Present your weekly achievements and learnings to the team, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Take ownership of your internship experience by seeking out new challenges, responsibility, and opportunities to grow.

Training & Support:

  • From the very start, we’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed. 
  • You’ll work alongside a diverse, high-performing intern team and have access to ongoing guidance and support from seasoned professionals.

Our Ideal Intern Profile:

  • Currently enrolled student at an accredited institution. Recent grads are encouraged to apply as well. 
  • Strong interest in business, analytics, finance, HR, recruitment, sales, or related fields. 
  • Comfortable with public speaking and a solid foundation in basic math and analytics. 
  • Willingness to learn sales techniques, client relationship management, and how to navigate business development conversations. 
  • Demonstrated current or past experience in sports, or student-body organizations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, French, Vietnamese, Russian, or other languages. 
  • Proactive, competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and virtually. 
  • Team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for working with people—whether clients, candidates, or colleagues.
