Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are seeking a passionate, articulate, and emotionally intelligent Real Estate Sales Consultant who can quickly sense client emotions and adapt strategies accordingly. As a Real Estate Sales Consultant at Space Realty, you will be responsible for engaging directly with clients, delivering exceptional service, and facilitating transactions through outstanding communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their real estate needs.
  • Keenly sense client emotions and changing needs, adjusting sales strategies in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional real estate advice, guiding clients to make informed buying and selling decisions.
  • Actively participate in online and offline marketing activities to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through personal effort and achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate actively with team members and leadership to achieve shared sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Passion for sales with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand and respond to various client emotions.
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure a high-quality client experience.
  • A sales license is preferred; if not currently licensed, the opportunity to obtain one is available.
  • Ability to independently develop client resources and a strong capacity for market expansion.
  • Team-oriented with effective communication and collaboration skills with team members and leaders.
