3 year overseas work contract. Employer will sponsor Japan work visa.

Duties & Responsibilities 

•Preparing & manage English language client reports & correspondence; document preparation & review.

•Attending to a high volume of cases that demand quick response & turnaround.

•Gathering case & billing information to prepare responses & correspondence. 

•Analyzing casefile to produce reports, correspondence & documents for attorney/client review and approval.

•Lead or support special projects as appropriate.

•Mentor new recruits on intellectual property practice & procedure.

•Paralegal & admin (non lawyer) role.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree holder (any major).

•Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

•Flawless written/spoken English. 

•Independent, Adaptable & Versatile.

•Japanese proficiency NOT required.

Candidate must be self-motivated, congenial & outgoing. Entry level compensation package, health insurance & other benefits commensurate with experience.
