Marketing Associate

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Associate at Hercules Corp, you will play an instrumental role in the development and execution of marketing strategies designed to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You will assist in various marketing campaigns, digital marketing efforts, content creation, and market research to help position Hercules Corp as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support & Execution: Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to assist in the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to enhance the visibility of Hercules Corp's brand and offerings.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media channels. Develop product/service content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens our brand message.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Hercules Corp’s social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, tracking performance, and assisting with social media advertising campaigns.
  • Website Maintenance & Optimization: Support the management of the company website (www.hercnet.com) by helping ensure content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Assist in improving user experience and tracking site performance.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights that inform marketing strategies and help us stay ahead of the competition.
  • Email Marketing: Assist with the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns. Manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance to improve future email outreach.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Help track key performance metrics for marketing activities, providing regular updates to the marketing team. Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email analytics to assess the success of campaigns.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events. Provide logistical support and ensure events are well-publicized to maximize attendance and brand exposure.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in the voice, tone, and aesthetic across all marketing materials, both online and offline, to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product teams, and other departments to support marketing efforts that align with business objectives and enhance customer experiences.
