Client Support Specialist

In this role, you will get a deep understanding of the work of professional investment advisors. You will answer questions about our Telemet Orion investment platform and help new clients get started with our services. You will use your finance background and training speaking with our professional investment advisors, and interacting with our financial research and operations teams.You will answer client questions via our chat, video, email and phone calls. Foster client retention by helping client’s workflow using our financial data platform. You should be familiar with the stock market and financial investments, and with our training, you will become thoroughly familiar with Telemet’s financial data platform. See www.taquote.com.Join a small, family-like team and come grow with us. You will enjoy a base salary commensurate with experience. We also have a bonus plan, educational benefits, paid vacation and sick leave, a 401K retirement program and a BlueCross health insurance plan.  We would like you to have -·        

Bachelor’s degree (in Finance and/or investments)·       

 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products·       

 Personable and flexible style with strong oral, presentation and written skills.
