Social Media Campaign Manager

The Social Media Campaign Manager is responsible for driving success for our direct-to-consumer clients through strategic and innovative social media campaigns. This position demands a unique blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making, as you'll conceptualize, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple social platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data analytics to continuously refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive social media campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences
  • Create and manage content calendars for multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of campaign materials
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual and written content for campaigns
  • Implement and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports on key metrics and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform campaign strategies
  • Coordinate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns to expand brand reach
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for campaign improvement
  • Provide recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign insights and performance data
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media campaigns and client accounts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or campaign management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
