What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the Colipse team — fully remote!

- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- A minimum of 2 years of customer support experience.
- Proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a big plus!

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at Colipse, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and feel like an integral part of the Colipse community. Your goal is to deliver friendly, personalized support that embodies the warmth and quality our brand stands for.

- Provide top-tier support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive experience at every touchpoint.

- Troubleshoot and assist with general issues related to product orders, subscriptions, or website navigation.

- Gather and report customer feedback to relevant teams, ensuring ongoing improvements to our products and service offerings.

- Identify and document any recurring issues or potential bugs, collaborating with the technical and product teams for continuous enhancement of the customer experience.

Job Details:

- Full-time: 5 days a week (including weekends), 8 hours per day.
