Industrial Mechanical Engineer-China Summer 2025

Responsibility：

• Existing project support for business growth
- Responsible for complete design outputs, high-quality and accuracy
- Good control of ETO design resources, e.g. cost, timeline 
- Standardize and optimize the product design
- Improve quality and Reduce GQM together with product managers
• NPI management in compliance with PLM
- New product design and define according to inputs 
- Key technique solutions and risks management
• Study project 
- Evaluate new techniques and processes from cross BUs
- Build up or support to build up technique of Dynamic Scale for local Market requirements

Requirements：

• Undergraduate or above, Mechanical or structural engineering
• Intern experience in related industry 
• Good in spoken /written English, as well as good English presentation skill
• Communication Experience with foreigners especially with European and American
• Capable of Independent working, Team player
• Motivated, good communication and coordination ability as well as team work spirit
• Fluency in common 3D solid modelling design tools (Autodesk, SolidWorks, Solid Edge) – Experience in Inventor 3D solid model design tool a plus

Education/Experience Required

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 - May 2026
