Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through social media, industry events, and market research.
  • Outreach: Conduct outreach activities via phone, email, and social media to engage with prospects and generate interest in our products.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

What you will have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
