Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Analytics & BI team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, developing insightful reports, and designing interactive dashboards that help drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather and understand business requirements for reporting and analytics.
Develop, design, and maintain customized reports and interactive dashboards that align with client needs and business objectives.
Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights.
Work with various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) to pull, clean, and organize data for reporting.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to data integrity, report generation, and performance.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports and dashboards by applying best practices in data validation.
Present findings and reports to clients, offering recommendations for business improvements.
Provide training and support to clients on how to utilize their reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless delivery of analytic solutions.
Continuously optimize and improve existing reports and dashboards based on client feedback and changing business requirements.
