Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

 

Paid Ads Management

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads).
  • Analyze performance data and provide detailed weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

 

Email Marketing

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions, using MailChimp.
  • Develop creative and compelling email templates aligned with brand guidelines.

 

Content and Video Editing

  • Edit engaging video content for marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all content reflects the brand's vision and message.

 

Influencer Marketing

  • Conduct outreach to influencers for collaborations, including managing back-and-forth email communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to amplify brand visibility.

 

Social Media Scheduling

  • Schedule and manage posts on Instagram and TikTok to ensure consistent, high-quality content.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and incorporate them into the brand’s social media strategy.

 

Creative Research and Reporting

  • Research industry trends and find inspiration for new campaigns and designs.
  • Report findings and creative ideas to the team regularly.

 

Graphic Design

  • Design graphics for social media posts, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand's aesthetic and identity.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in paid ad platforms (Meta, Google) and email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for festival fashion and branding.

Location: Rutherford, NJ- This role require onsite sometimes. Fully remote candidate will not be considered.

 

Employment Type: FULL TIME (TO BE CLARIFY, THIS IS AN IN HOUSE MARKETING ROLE, NOT A SALESPERSON, EMPLOYEES GET PAID WITH BASE SALARY)

Starting Jan 2nd 2025. One month of probation- Half Time.

The selected candidate will start the role on February 1st, Full Time
