As a Brand Ambassador for Diamonds Direct, you will embody the brand in the community, using your established relationships to market the brand through grassroots efforts. Your role will involve planning and attending local and store-related events, ensuring our store and merchandise adhere to brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Actively promote the Diamonds Direct brand through local networking and community involvement. Participate in community events to foster and maintain local relationships.
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize and attend local and store-related events, ensuring they align with brand initiatives and guidelines.
- Brand Representation: Maintain the store and merchandise representation according to Diamonds Direct’s brand guidelines. Serve as a liaison between the community and the brand.
- Internal Communication: Communicate internal initiatives related to culture, incentives, and goals.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Provide flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets as directed by local and regional management, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Documentation and Reporting: Write routine reports and correspondence, and effectively present information to groups of customers or employees.

Requirements:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred. Previous retail or jewelry industry experience is a plus.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong ability to advocate for the Diamonds Direct brand through local networking.
- Effective communication skills to articulate internal initiatives and foster relationships.
- Flexibility to assist across different departments.
- Ability to manage budgets.
- Proficiency in writing routine reports and presenting information.
- Availability: Must be able to work Saturdays.
